 According to Colorado Law, each person can gift another person up to 1 oz. of marijuana.  Hosts acquire the marijuana either from a retail dispensary or from a personal legal grow (up to 12 plants) and then gift it to their guests at the event.

Events on private property which have invited entry are permitted to have marijuana served and consumed. Events which require an invite or RSVP like a wedding, corporate event, or even birthday parties are eligible! The venue must not be in plain public view, cannabis cannot be sold on site, it must be gifted to guests - no sale of marijuana is allowed, and no one 21 or under can consume on the premises.

Cannabis events work by having the host(s) legally obtain the marijuana and gift it to their guests.  Any event can have several hosts.  Miracle Events stands out by offering our "Cannabis Procurement Services" in all packages which gives access to a network of personal organic growers.  We can also help you shop local dispensaries for any specific needs or desires.

The best place to have a cannabis friendly party is private property. 

However, you can have a marijuana event in any space that has restricted entry and is not publicly accessible.  This can include places like hotels and event venues which can block off certain portions of a property or a building. This does not mean you can have your party in any public establishment - there must be a dedicated space that is not easily visible or accessible by the general public.

Any person in Colorado is allowed to gift up to 1 ounce (28 grams) to another person. The party can have as many hosts as they like and each host can gift up to 1 oz. of marijuana. 

Yes! 

Remember, the event has to be private, so you can't have it in a public place like a brewery or bar during open business hours (Unless you rent out the entire venue - which we can help with!) But as long as the party is private, marijuana and alcohol can be present. 

Our business is inspired by the loss of brother and closest friend Anthony Negrin to fanconi anemia in 2009.  Anthony used marijuana in his final years of life to bring himself comfort, relief from excruciating pain, and a sense of joy. One of four brothers, Anthony has two younger twin brothers Jon and Jordan - "The Twins." 

Anthony inspired tens of thousands of people with his bravery, resolve, and refusal to give up hope. Everything we do today, we do it 4-Ant!
